Guiding Young Minds, Empowering Futures
Dedicated Counselling Services for Ages 12–25.
Creating a safe and supportive space to navigate life’s challenges. Together, we’ll build resilience, discover solutions, and unlock your potential for a brighter tomorrow.
Hello! I’m Jackie,
A passionate and dedicated counsellor
I’ve been on both sides of the therapeutic journey – as a client and as a counsellor. Like many young people I work with, I faced challenges during my formative years. That experience taught me something crucial: healing begins with trust and understanding, not judgment.
That’s what guides my work today.
I specialise in supporting young people (12-25) navigating crisis behaviours, mental health challenges, and life transitions. I also work with parents who want to unerstand their patterns contributing to the chaos and heal their own triggers, so they can show up grounded instead of reactive.
My Approach
A Tailored Therapeutic Approach Designed to Empower and Support Your Unique Journey Through Life’s Challenges
Every teen and family’s journey is unique, and I believe that therapy should reflect that individuality. Using a range of therapeutic approaches—including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Interventions, and IFS-informed practices—I tailor my sessions to suit each client’s needs and goals.
For teens, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space to work through crisis, mental health challenges, or difficult life transitions—building emotional regulation and coping skills at your own pace.
For parents, I offer IFS-informed inner-child work to help you understand your own triggers and patterns, so you can show up grounded rather than reactive and strengthen your relationship with your teen.
Whether you’re navigating a crisis or seeking a deeper connection, I’m here to empower you with the skills and resilience needed to move from chaos to healing
Rooted in empathy and collaboration
To prepare myself, I pursued a double degree in Psychological Science and Counselling and am currently working towards a Graduate Diploma (Advanced) in Psychological Science. Combined with my seven years of experience working in secondary schools and mental health settings, this background has given me valuable insights into the unique challenges at-risk teens and their parents face, particularly regarding crisis behaviours, mental health struggles, and difficult life transitions.
My approach is rooted in empathy and collaboration—informed by both my professional training and my own lived experience as a teen who struggled. This combination allows me to create a safe, non-judgmental space where teens feel understood, and where parents can explore their own patterns and triggers through IFS-informed inner child work. Together, we navigate the complexities of adolescence and family dynamics, building resilience, connection, and hope for a brighter future.
